How do I get started?


Click on Get In Touch located in the menu bar and fill out the form. From there you will be assigned a date and time to schedule your FREE 30 minute "Brand-Storming" Session.




Will I recieve drafts before the project is finalized?


Yes! I send drafts before the project is finalized. You are given 2 FREE revisions before we finalize it. After those 2 are used there will be an extra $20- $50 fee added to your bill depending on the project.




What do you need from me to get started?


I love recieving this question! For any project that requires the use of images, videos, and copy I must recieve your content atleast 5 dyas before your start date. If your content is not recieved within 48 hours of your start date your project can be terminated. If additional time is needed to complete the project, the client is required to pay an additional fee for each day the project goes beyond your inital deadline.




How will I recieve my order?


How you recieve your oder depends on the service that you requested. Digital serives- you'll recieve them through email in four file types. .PNG. , JPG, .PDF, .EPS if you do not recive the file type that you need then please specify in the inquiry form which one you'll need. Marketing Materials- You'll recieve those in the mail. When filling out your questionare please type out your full name and address. Installations- On the day of the event we will deliver and set up the installation at your preferred venue.




How can I get a refund?


Sorry, once the deposit is paid we start on the design right away. For that reason alone we do not refund once the project has been started and contracts have been signed.




When will I recieve the finalized project?


My turn around time varies depending on the project. If needed by a specific time please let me know during the "Brand-Storming" Session.




How do you accept payments?


After a " Brand-Storming" Session an proposal and invoice will be sent to you. There you will be able to submit a payment via credit or debit card.




Do you offer payment plans?


Yes! Projects under $500 can be split into two payments. All payments over $ 500 can be broken into 3 payments.




What are your hours?


The Studio is open from Monday-Thursday from 11 am-7pm. We are closed on weekends and major US holidays. Please note that all inquires will be answered between 24-48 hours during business hours.




Do you offer printing services?


Of course! Please let me know during your project if printing services are needed. I'll take care the rest for an additional fee depending upon the quantity of assets required to be printed.
